Although many of us would like it to be otherwise, an efficient exercise program is essential to health, well-being, a toned body, and probably an easier old age! And although it isn't essential to exercise to lose weight, you will probably lose weight quicker, tone your body quicker, and feel much better all round, if you can introduce some sort of regular exercise into your life.
