Losing It My Way!
Many of us find ourselves needing to lose weight - whether that be 2 pounds to fit into an outfit for a special occasion, or 62 pounds to improve our health prospects, regain control of our lives and enjoy each day more! Some of us don't know where to start, and get confused by all the conflicting advise. Others have read all the diet books ever written (that's me!) but can't seem to find the motivation to start their own weight loss program.
As part of my attempts to lose weight I have pulled together this collection of diet plans, weight loss recipes, weight loss tips and more, and created a series of free printable resources which have made my weight loss attempts more enjoyable for me. I also have a special section on Weight Loss for Kids.
